i've had it for two months and it's great! battery is a lot longer when you turn off wi-fi.It's never rebooted itself,only had to fix it once but was my mistakeand not the phones.bought it in italy

u have mentioned HDMI mirroring is good,is it working properly???
coz i havent found any CM7 build which plays HDMI mirroring flawlessly.just let me know if u have,thanks...cheers :)
and one more thing are u using video mods from XDA??? or u r talking about pure CM7 video performance??? i was using mid package from XDA dev which was as good as any handicam(infact better) !!! but the only flaw was that the sound was too low.

I am using this phone with CM7 since last two months. following are the pros and cons.
cons:
* battery life
* LG official upgrade support (thanks to cyanogenmod, It dosen't matter to me)
* speaker sound volume is lower than avg.(quality is good though)
pros:
* super fast dual core 1ghz processor, along with nvidia tegra it is snappy fast and awesome.
* Awesome IPS LCD screen, better colors than AMOLED screens, as they have a greenish tinge, apart from sunlight amoled screens suck.
* hdmi out rocks, play HD movies and games.
* it supports full HD recording at 30 fps (cm7) and 8M still. I stopped carrying my digicam and handicam now.
* metal rim and brushed metal finish, anti sip back cover and gorilla glass makes it beautiful and robust.
I love this phone.....
and cyanogen, you rock!!!!

and i was on CM7 nightly rom for some while with O2X.so i have tasted the GB on O2X and let me tell you this device becomes lightning fast !!! even my EDGE connection was working like 3.5G on GB 2.3.4 !!!thats the reason i am waiting for the official LG GB version for this device.
and regarding tab...if u have upgraded your device to GB then u must be having few visible tweaks of pure GB...like - vertical battery monitor and full green slide down bar etc. and regarding performance changes i would again say the negligible difference must be there.i had tab 5 months back and it was very smooth even on 2.2.
