Cross check whether you have installed your game in Internal or External SD card using any file manager app, once you verified the path, start the game and hit update (irrespective of whether WiFi or 3G works for you, it creates a new folder for game data) then cancel the update, navigate to the game folder it just created using file manager and extract the contents of your zip file (game data) to that folder and restart the game, it should work for sure (it usually installs it to the internal SD card and you probably extracted data to external SD card, just make sure the path is right).

After being in a bit of mixed opinions I finally decided to get this baby and I must admit It's been the right choice and have no regrets what so ever.
This handset runs real fast, ultra smooth, doesn't hang or reboot (must be lucky on this part, since I've seen few complain), well worth the price and not to mention the infinite possibilities using custom ROMs (runs more than enough on stock even).
If anyone has doubts regarding this phone, go ahead and throw it out here, I'll try my best to clarify, its a beast and you wont regret !!!

Lg should have made this phone 4 band 3g. its a reaaly nice phone super fast, runs smoothly.

A question for advanced user of Optimus 2x.
I downloaded a game 'dungeon defender' of size 550mb. Before downloading there was two links, one which leads to a 3mb .apk file which after installation asks to go online through wifi to download some more files which they said would require at least 600mb on the sd card. Since i neither have wifi nor high speed 3g, i opted for the other link. This link leads to a .zip file which has a folder named 'Android' inside. According to the description i was supposed to copy this folder to my external sd card, which i did. Then the game's icon was supposed to come up on the menu. But it didn't!
Please help me with this problem.

This phone is practically a pda. It does everything l ask of it without lag. Installing apps is a breeze and I haven't found an app it can't run. Amazing graphics with HD video camera.
