optimus black is really a good phone. its display is excellent. decent battery life. good touch response. apps open up quickly. at this rate round 18k, this must be your true android phone. LG rOx

Hey Guys,
I have been using OB since couple of weeks, the battery is really disappointing but overall a nice phone for the pricetag.....
Can any one tell me how to improve the battery life???
Currently with moderate use, it runs around 18hours(GPRS and sometimes Wifi connected through out the day)

this phone is very nice,,easy to used too,,but i was so disappointed,,couse front camera is not working in video call through YM..only in video call through phone :)

very happy with this phone, its better than my

super amoled colors are not real...!!
gaming rocks in this phone like brother in arms...
solution for battery is overchargrd ur cell..atleast 5 hours and install juice defenderfrom market..

madman, 07 Nov 2011is lg optimus black p970 reliable?Just got one yesterday and it seems like quite a capable phone. But don't expect too much. Screen is its best feature...BRIGHT! In other aspects, it is inferior to my ex HTC Desire in almost every way. Price is good though.
