So far i am satisfied with my p970 loving it . it is not a high end phone eventhough it packs a 1 ghz processor by today standard as the benchmark now for a highend phone is a dual core processor.now it can be classified as a mid high end phone few others can now be classified with this class(xperia arc, galaxy s, htc desire to name..) considering that the black is the latest of its class it should have come with the latest os gingerbread but dissapointing enough we end up with froyo i am not saying its not a good os for the black but as i have said being the latest it should have gingerbread already upon its released. As a package with a good nova display solid design a capable processor well its safe to say the 5mp camera is not the best out there but having a 2mp front cam is a big plus ..

Very nice overall which packeged nicely in an affordble wrap.
For the budget conscience user who still wants decent Droid. This is a very good phone which offers good value for money. Although I bought it from a competitor in South Africa it's best to get it from Cell C as they include 500MB as part of the package.

Camera is above average (better than samsung galaxy s camera and htc phones camera) flash is capable enough for low light shots. auto focus is fast. many settings to personalize as well. good job LG. i am lovin this sexy phone

optimus black is the brightness lcdsmartphone really amzing.... no hdmi no usbotg no tvout... i hope lg make complete features nexttym using this nova display excellent....
