I upgrade my phone from foyo to gingerbread... Now is much better now... Is No way to u can upgrade from gingerbread to ice cream or sandwich

I´m in Europe (Portugal) and here is avalilable for last couple of days the ICS update to our LG P970, through LG update tool. My phone is carrier free. I imagine the update to carrier locked devices may take a while longer, as usual... The upgrade transforms completely the phone in terms of functions and a little more speed. Regarding the battery, it´s way better, but my phone needed a week ago a new battery in warranty, so I can´t be sure if it´s because of that, or because the ICS upgrade. Just be patient, and LG should make the upgrade available world wide!!! Cheers...

pradeep, 08 Dec 2012its specification in not good its ram is 368 mb but compane... morethe 512 mb RAM includes android system. therefore only 368 mb RAM will be left for running services. Pc suite is available on LG's website. Android 4.0 will be available soon. you must try to clear your RAM for better processing speed.

Anybody out there who can help me?
I give it a factory reset from the phone menu a few days ago.Now it doesn't start. Always gets stuck with LG Logo and buttons flashing.I was trying a "recovery phone" from LG mobile suport tool and smart flash tool but non of theme would work.
If you had the same problem and fix it,PLEASE,PLEASE,PLEASE HELP ME!

Yes, ICS official update is officially released today, i had CM 10.0 installed then back for froyo 2.2.2 official for update to ICS official and accidentally i downgraded with a European ROM, LG PC Suite says ''you wiil have better expierence updating your phone on ICS'' or something else, but my original rom cames from Panama. Have a diference between P970 and P970H that not allows update the European Rom. Sorry for my Shakira's English XD.
