i have been using this mobile for 3 and a half years now.....
dis mobile was d best in market wen introduced....thinnest at its time...
evrythin in dis fone is outdated back to three yrs...
recent ics update has given a new luk to it...
my friend has changed smart fones each yr due to various issues from samsung to sony....bt still i hold ma optimus black p970.....
yes of course it has lags nv... as techs and specs are 3yrs old....but still competes wit all d phones in market nv....

have 970g and wifi and bluetooth stopped working. Just keeps trying to connect. has anyone else had this problem?

boki, 01 Apr 2014I have LG OB almost 3 year and I must say its not so good. ... moreI got this phone for 2 years and I can say that you're wrong about touch responsiveness! Best rom for it is cyanogen mod version 10 I think.

I have it for almost a year it is not good at all can not install many apps it keeps hanging when recieve a call from vibert or Ring, apps are very slow sometimes I see the calls but can not answer because the phone stuck, do not recomended to buy

I had this phone about 6 months ago.i used it almost 2 years.and i sold it now using lg L7 dual.now i realize that not android version and ram is all ,build quality is a main part.lg optimus black build quality and hardware is best in world.i miss it......

I need LG P970 Optimus Black - Board BTB 7pin Connector... I couldnt find nowhere in Chennai... Cuz of dis one smalll Part Im suffering.. In LG showroom dey dont have dese Small Parts.... Suggest me wat to do I want to get my awesome Mobile back...:(

Very nice phone I am using for last two years. Apart from a battery issue which happened due to my mishandling I never had to take my fone to service center.
Nice features and value for money.
