Select the contact & open your contact. Touch & hold in the MSISDN, you'll find a list of menu. You'll find an option call "Video Call Contact". Also normally after disconnecting the voice call you find the video call option. My Froyo version is 2.2.2

I am runing v2.2, can i install v2.3 ? If yes thn plz give me link ?? and have 1 question regarding Android. Supose LG Optimus Black P970 is run with Android Froyo, can we install any android vers like gingerbird in LG Optimus Black P970 ? Actualy m totaly new in Android.

I bought this and I am happy. However, one flaw is that for internet, wireless connection works but not mobile internet as such. So must be near a wireless spot to get internet. Also, can someone please tell me if this has the ability to convert voice into text as in reply to an SMS via voice recording like how the IPhone 4S siri application does?

It will be on 3G video call natively with later official gingerbread update.. currently with 2.2.2 is not support due to its limitation of software, it will be support in 2.3 later on. Hope this clarify you =)

/sdcard/system/media/audio/notifications
/sdcard/system/media/audio/ringtones
Then put your like ring tone here...try it because it work fine on my OB

As for me my LG OB is working well, I dont know I believe it is how you properly manage your phone to avoid some problem. It work fast, most of the game I played is working find and without log. The battery, hey guys this phone it not just like ordinary phone so its mean this will really use a lot of power to operate but it still how you manage some application that you don't need so that the battery will not mess up and last for more than day...Great Phone

I have issue in upgrading, the software download was... moreI had the same problem,,and with no succese i finally went to LG SERVICE ,,,and it came out that durring the proccese of the unfinneshed update,,,the mobile BOARD was (toasted)burned,,and now im waiting for five day,s for them to replace the board (the good thing is its on the warrenty ,,,but the bad thing is its a new device just bought it two months ago).
my advice just fix it ,,sell it ,,, buy another brand ,, one with a good reliable online support .

Hi all,
My wife has just bought an LG P970 and we don't know how to set imported tunes as message alert tunes.
The manual says how to do this for ring tones, but not message tones.
Anyone know if this is possible ?
The selection of message tones in the phone is disappointing and they are all very short.
