Only Android 4.4 fixes it. 4.4 was coded for phones such as this with hybrid storage to let us store data on the SD Card like we could in 2.3.7. So any phone you go and buy that doesn't have Android 4.4 you will find this same problem. Happy Hunting.

This phone is amazing! Im surprised they were dumb enough to not declare this phone in the top ten. To me this is about as good as HTC and Galaxy. Great phone great value. Memory shouldnt be an issue if youre a casual user but if it is you can just get an SD Card.

I can only see the pixels if I hold the phone a couple inches away from my face, nobody actually holds it that close when using it. I actually find the screen to be very beautiful.

I just got this phone yesterday. It's great! No laggy interface, no app crashing, and the battery lasts forever, even with heavy usage including data. Screen density is just fine. Note, the D500 is the North America version and comes with a 5 mp camera. I have the D505,the international version, which has an 8 mp camera and more user available internal storage space.

Good phone overall. Only downside is the display's low res. Sony made a much stronger phone (Xperia SP) and it's the same price...

Phone has serious software defect. All new apps are stored in limited 2.3 ghz memory and cannot be moved to sd card. I have 32gb sad card and can't download apps because of low memory. Returning phone today!

The LG homepage says camera can record fullhd. Decent phone, but not that cheap. 233E free of contract.

Wish i had that phone but. I WANTED. L9 TOO NOW I so have the l9 but the l9 has a lower resolution. Front camera & doesn't have Higher Dynamic Range in the camera settings.
