Choose LG L3.better specifications and features than SGY.Maybe they think that the 3.6 Mbps speed is the problem in the internet connection because the SGY have 7.2 Mbps but dont depend on it.I have java phone that doesn't have 7.2 Mbps but it really works great in speed.I think that the speed its just depending on the service provider or carrier.
L3 is better.

Is it true that it has v2.1 Bluetooth? because in LG's website it states that it has v3.0 bluetooth.

Yes its single core, But Lg L3 used the latest and advance armv7 can support flash 10.2, samsung galaxy Y used armv6 not support flash 10.2,
and also LG L3 it has GPU adreno 200 can support HD GAMES, while samsung Y No GPU not support HD GAMES,
LG L3 is more powerfull budget phone compared to samsung Y
Go to LG store enjoy and feel free to explore the demo unit before you bougth your own....
Performance,design,battery life,features,fast internet browsing,UI very smooth
LG L3 is the best low end smartphone. Compared other brand low end...i recomment it 100% You enjoy it...

I want to buy this phone to browse www.pottermore.com and to explore at all i have to support flash player 10.1 or 10.2. Hope you are right Ian.. Thanks for your info :)

and also the GPU is Andreno 200 will support all HD GAMES,
I have it already good design,good performance, super fast internet even its only 800mhz procesor,

Richard, 28 Apr 2012The galaxy ace has 800MHz.. The galaxy y has 830.. But ace... moredoesn't mean that ace consist a big screen concern to y so...that y is not capable to perform fast then ace...its ur illusion....ain't m saying wrong!

[deleted post]The HSDPA given in the specs is the capacity not the actual speed that an ISP provide. You can actually get lucky to have an 2 MBPS speed from ISP. So your download speed is not because of your phone hardware but will depend on your ISP.

i bought this LG L3 E400 last saturday. it comes with a free case for 5,890 Pesos from the LG store in SM Megamall. BANG FOR THE BUCK PHONE! it's very responsive. also it can run instagram without any problems. it has a 200 adreno gpu as stated by LG Optimus PH in facebook. it can run temple run but dont expect very smooth graphics. camera has no autofocus. overall its a very responsive and stylish phone. i give it a 9/10.
