Can it be upgradeable to 4.0 ICS or 4.1 Jelly Bean via LG Software Update compare to via CyanogenMod, which requires Android rooting first to function ClockworkMod and also requires download CWM from the Play Store and put the CM files from get.cm to micro SD?

Which mobile is best in range rs.7000 only android but not like micromax and non branded mobiles. Only lg ,samsung and other.

pls guys, i need help wit my lg l3. i rooted the phone, installed cm9, later unrooted and did an ota(over the air)software update and ever since, the phone has remained at the clockworkmod boot recovery. i have tried all atticles i saw online, to no avail. please help me guys, i just bought this phone last 3 months in nigeria

This phone has official cm9 support, so way better against galaxy y imho.

Hi anonymous, thanks for your help, obviously im a little frustrated with the phone and you're right, I probably dont kn ow enough about it. If I could ask two more things. 1) How do you root the phone, What does that mean? 2 I can't download applications because my phone is not sync'd to google, how do i sync it so i can use google play?

I have countless massive applications all moved to internal 1 gig mem, my sysyem memory only runs android OS. This is a good phone you only need to know the way around it.

System memory is only 157MB and is already half full with programmes and apps that you can't move to your internal memory. If you download 2 or 3 apps that can't be moved to internal memory, which I can't understand why the phone does not give you the option to do....just is that way, your phone memory gets full which means you receive no texts and lose the option to reply to texts. This forces you to delete application such as facebook just to reply to a text. I feel conned by this phone.
Another thing to mention. It is not sold with an sd card. Had to buy my own in the hop[e to move applications to its memory, but can;t even do that.
I'm no expert with technology, but I think, L;G should stick to making fridges and forget about phone technology.
