Second, check if you have signal. Third, make sure you select the SIM Card to send your message (highlited SIM will be the one to send message). Fourth, maybe you have low system memory (you will see a notification if your system memory/phone storage is low). Lastly, maybe you have sent 100 messages in an hour.

OR
You may use the KDZ Updater and download the firmware version of your phone.

For me, I only use Android SDK Tools to debug my LG E405 (to be specific, to enable the disabled button "move to internal memory" in the settings>applications>manage apps section). There's a group in Facebook where you can ask question regarding your phone. Just search LG Optimus L3 E405 then join. I know in that group (as I'm reading posts), they use Link2SD to partition the ExternalSD and took some portion of it and added to system memory.

I want to ask admin..sir!!can u be more specific on what do you mean to say android sdk platform tool.As am very upset about the internal memory and system memory of my phone.I am using App2Sd but unable to move apps forcefully from phone or internal memory to external/sd card memory...thanks

Worst phone ..... 800 mhz processor , adreno 200gpu and 384 mb of ram..... total ram available is 308 mb and free ram is 50 to 70 MB ..... there is terrible lag when playing games like temple run , subway surf , angry birds rio , angry birds space , highway rider.... calls n sms takes almost 1 minute to open unless the ram is cleared which is frustrating.... sim switch key is irritating.... total waste of spending rs 8600..... please buy micromax a91 or spice nhance mi435 or xolo a500...
