The guide book is too shallow for a first time LG user. Pls help in encouraging use of LG to many. Also, many outlet personnel have very little knowledge about LG phones thus deterring many from purchasing them, otherwise you have superb products. Thanx.

Dis phone is not too bad but can b vry diffclt to understnd @ d start..l tried to delete one among d many galleries on d phone meneu but unfortunately all my important pics n videos were all deleted..pls is there any way i can ritreive them?

Simply suggesting that dont buy this handset..its getting solid hang ..my. money. Waisted..i want sell my handset.karbonn or micromax mobiles are better than this

I do not ever buy an LG cell phone:
1- Not receive and send messages (sms)
2- low network connection
3- data blocks most of the times
4- no alarm ring when it is off
5- not having different ringing profiles
6- hanging hanging hanging

For the speed install avast anti virus and advanced mobile care bt I still have problems with the network going off when using the other sim for Internet

I had given up on this phone as it;
1. kept on hanging
2. i couldnt receive or send messages ...and krpt on sayin messanging has stopped
3.sometimes process.com.adroid is not responding.
i felt like smashing it on the wall and felt bad for wasting my money buying it..
lg should not deceive us again and they should make phones that they are sure of wht they say...they have demoralised .
but the good news is that my problem is now solved....
I SMASHED THE PHONE AND PROBLEM IS NOW GONE...
so please lg I NEED MY MONEY BACK.

It always scanning media files everytime i restarted it and end up 99% and after 3days it is still 99% i tried to restart it again and scanning media files again and again.

the worst ever phone i had used, i changed its software after 4 days of using, always hanging, closing the application suddenly, take so much time to open the applications, i lost more than have of its price and sold it after 2 months of using. dont buy this stupid phone

Its very bad expirience for me as i brought oct-12 dul sim is not activeted at same time and camera quality is very poor,Internate access is blocked many times unnessory,check mark on data enable is always gone,2-3 times i take to the coustmer service for hard reset,one time they update the software and many more....
Is there any option to replacement pls reply ????
Beacuse i have warranty 4 months remaining...
