The updates are not rolling at once, it always like this. Some countries get it sooner, some later. So just wait for official OTA update for your version.

KitKat 4.4.2 for L9 II is out for branded Vodafone versions in Italy, Romania and Spain, nothing more. Just need to wait, hopefully it doesn't take too long for LG to release non-branded versions...

I update my phone thru lg pc suite, from lg!!, the phone its bought by Vodafone Romania.You must connect your phone to pc then download the new android!

The update its from LG, its official, download lg pc suite, then connect your phone, and check for update.I'm from Romania, yesterday i did get this update!its not a joke!peace!

I'm from Romania, yesterday i update my phone thru LG PC SUITE.You have to connect your phone with the pc, and download LG PC SUITE, then press the button check update....new android its now available,phone updates from D60510A to D60520C.:)...ITS not a joke!its from LG!, its kitkat 4.4.2, its much faster, and the UI interface its much better.THe lock screen its good with animation wheater with the future knock on.happy Easter!
