The phone generally is functioning well. I have been using it since August 2014. Recently it started to freeze when I double click the buttons to dial a number and i have to go back to first page. I have restored to factory settings but the problem persits. Do you have an idea how to overcome this issue?

After a year using this phone with jellybean i finally upgraded to kitkat. the software version now is v20g but i started with v20a. That is the EUR unlocked OTA version and not vodafone or any other brand. After using it one month my conclusions are: the ram and internal memory are roughley the same, calling, radio works fine. double tap to wake works also. Youg get acces to some new features,apps and games. If u use more apps in the same time might get alil laggy. Big games works fine(not all tho) ,battery holds more with about 10 percent then before. In the end considering all the pros and cons its worth upgrading.

You need to transfer kit kat from dalvik to art runtime in developer options. My phone is reborn after i found about it. Try it. It will take 10 mins

My phone its from Vodafone and the firmware is 20f! where I can find the new version of firmware 20g???its for Vodafone carry (Vodafone brande)?

my mom purchased this phone it makes me jealous the phone works like a baby mein!!!! wish i had this phone it is awesome and the picture they come out beautiful... downloads are the greatest and texting is easy..so jealous this phone is awesome!!!!!!

Today my phonne showed, that there is new update v20g. It only says for new things: better program stability. I only think it's bloatware. Maybe some of you can say if its realy better than v20d. For now, i wont install it unless its realy better and worth it. BTW it "weighs" about 77mb so its totaly not android version update

I have the same problem with the phone... with the power, and the error calls
Your phone is closed, without pressing the power button, battery full and without doing anything, and in case you want to restart it ,hit the power button and nothing happens? one possibility is to remove the battery and put it back and pressed the power button and after works again !!!
Another problem: the camera is still off, always when I open bluetooth does not work, and when the call blocking call me, they hear nothing , the feedback from the touch screen its bad???!!! thnx LG!!!!
I reset the phone to factory settings, I have android 4.4.2 kitkat, and still the same problem I have with it !!!
