... moreIn Indian environment the data charges on 3G plans are high and that's why its not that popular, 3.6mbps would be enough because I have tried a few 3G connections and the speed was close to 2mbps i.e. you get a download rate of 200-256kbps not more than that.. there is hardly any plan which says unlimted, all plans have bandwidth limit of certain GBs.. so don't reject this phone on this ground only..
Its available at 10k only at Flipkart which differentiates it from other phone for its cool features. The closest competitor in bar-full touch phone is Samsung Galaxy Y but that have a less cam of 2mb, less resolution of 240x320 and without GPU.. so you can go for it if you have cost constraints.
And there would be no Flash support on browser but to play YouTube videos you would be having App for that because Flash player support on browser is supported on devices who have 1GHz or more processor.

Hey guyz, needed your help to decide on the mobile to buy
1) Optimus net has 3G HSDPA, 3.6Mbps whereas others like htc explorer has HSDPA, 14.1Mbps. How much difference in speed would it make for an indian environment
2) Does this phone support flash

best phone in the range of 10000 and the only bad part is that fucking lg have not put any option to set mp3 songs as a ringtones . only default ringtones are only playimg . thats the biggest shit ever in android

I got my Optimus net on 11/11/11 :-)
its a nice gadget..only draw back is backside is very slippery..i need to be careful..:-(
and no flash with camera...since i dont prefer mobile camera to click picture so its ok for me.my vote for this one is 9/10/10..and it costs me 10446 in kolkata..with 1 year extended warranty..please confirm others the price ...i need to compare...
