AnonD-14075, 01 Nov 2011Friends, I have a problem, y optimus net does not detect my... morebecause your laptop's wifi is not a wifi router,but your phone optimus net can be,you can create your own wifi router/wifi hotspot through your phone,but your laptop can't be.

GO FOR OPTIMUS NET ....as i mentioned earlier that i have both the phones.. and i had given comparision of both optimus net and one...
1. it do not have direct java support.. as it an android phone it only support android (.apk) files... but u can run java and other by installing java environment on it..
2. yes it support divx files. LG has tie up with divx i think..
3. 3.6Mbps speed on 3G is not bad... if u think u can utilise 7.2Mbps in any phone then u r wrong... u cant utilise the half the speed specified..
go for this phone..

Nikhil, 02 Nov 2011I want to know Does Optimus net have GPU.If yes please give... moreyes it has GPU... all chipsets with 722X series have GPU 200 ... apart from it , it has 800MHz turbo processor.. its very faster than 600MHz processors.

if u want to navigate then u have to be connected to internet... navigation work with internet as it download maps of your location..
u have to be connected to internet and keep ur GPS ON it shows ur location accurately...

Im going to buy either optimus one or optimus net..but still confused since I didnt noticed any excitement regarding optimus net as that of for optimus one...
also there are few queries..
1)does optimus net supports JAVA..in many comparisons i found that it doesn't..
2)does it provides Document 'Editing'
3)does it support Divx/Xvid.
also maximum 3G speed is also 3.6 Mbps..half than provided by others(7.2Mbps)
If answers r 'NO'..then will it cause any problem..also suggest solutions for the same if possible..plzzzzzzz
