I have some doubts...I was unable to send long texts via SMS...I went thru settings but didnt found much...
Another...before unlocking the device...There appears this phone belongs to....how can i set my name there...how can i assign myself as administrator...

i bought tis phone 2 months back .. i just want to know whether tis supports video calling .. and if so which software ..
i downloaded tango video calls from android market but it requires the other device to have tango too :-( is there any native video calling app ??
pls help me guys ..

not able to download videos using vodafone gprs but downloading when connected to pc? any one has any idea

hey can anyone tell me how to upgrade the firmware,
my laptop doesnt detect my optimus one using the lg mobile support tool. i am a user from india.

I just bought this phone last week, now got a problem.
it is When ever i receive a call it shows call end pop up. and can't go back to Menu! and have to restart to find menu again. Please help. just other everything is fine so far.

Today used Vodafone 3G on my Optimus one, the speed is woow.
Speed test result 3232kbps upload and 426kbps download
i am from Pune.

but i did factory reset before update.

I've contacted to LG support, INDIA (1800 180 9999) regarding firmware update notification & according to them firmware v10D should not be upgraded by any one...Its only meant for the Service Centers.
According to them if you try It will, after upgrade, show LG logo only & hang....

As it has limited internal memory, if I want to install any app on this mobile where does it get stored? External memory or internal memory?

can u guys using custom ROM can donate so that i can purchase all pro version of apps and complie full source of GIngerbread ROM to be out.
Else i had to use free version with limited functions to add to ROM
Planning to add
1)titanium Back up Pro
2)Windows 7 UI Pro
3)App monster Pro
4)Mort Player
Please feel free to know if any GUYS
Also included custom Boot and Drivers for USB and HID

Hi I just unboxed ma new P500 and found its amazing.
the syncronozation of catacts wid social networking site, scanner, panorma n all.
Can any body suggest how to install application n and games directly into MC as currently it is automatically installing all application n games in phone leading to low memory.
Please guide
