Hi, I just tried upgrading the OS on my lg C-660 & I've encountered a problem trying to do so. The device got stuck whilst attempting a reboot, now it only shows the lg logo & no further actions can be done. I am in deep need of assistance. What should I do?

Surely not possible to purchase anywhere but second-hand, but this is absolutely the worst phone I've ever owned. The touchscreen is so horrible I miss at least half my calls because you just can't get the thing to respond. Its speed is glacial. I will never buy another LG phone.

cgl, 31 Oct 2013how can I unstill Chinese apps or to delete apps Hi tap on the menu button then tap the top left app u can unistall apps from there.. hope this helps..

Mine keeps turning itself off then on when ever something goes wrong like if it freezes which it does all the time
