It is coming to Canada in July. It will have the North America 3G bands, So you can use it 3G on AT&T in the USA, or T-Mobile 2G Network.

The 2G network Optimus Q operates on is not a GSM network : it operates on CDMA networks, and 3G network is not HSDPA, either. (CDMA2000 Rev.A)
