ash , 01 Jan 2014My phone doesn't access any thing but edge, what can I do? Do you operate on a 3G network? if yes then follow these instructions:
>go to "settings"
>go to "wireless and networks"
> go to "mobile networks"
>uncheck "use 2G networks only"
if it is already unchecked and you have a 3G network, then its a manufacture's problem........

You probably need to unlock the phone. It comes locked to T-mobile. You can find unlock services for about $5 U.S. on eBay. They need to unlock the carrier and then unlock the quadband. Then your SIM should work properly with your local service.

for sending most of the files via bluetooth,including music files,you have to go to the menu and select ThinkFree Office.there you can find all your files and share them with others.cheers
