I got my lg optimus vu f100s localized last week, and i cannot find the radio, tv and tv tuner. how can i use those apps? do i have to ask a technician to install it?

Google Now Experience, Google Experience Launcher or KitKat launcher works on my LG Optimus Vu F100L 5 months after waiting.
