I have always wondered about the difference between charging with charger vs usb connection w/ computer. what are the specs out of the computer...amps and volts?no two chargers seem to have the same output, so how does this adversely affect battery performance?

i think the worst thing about this phone is battery life, 1540 mah against a large bright 4.3 display.
and also the fact that all regions stuck with GB except europe

Download the pc software from the website, connect the phone to PC and start upgrading. The website itself provides you with step-by-step instructions.

ive been using lg prada su540(it has 16gb internal memory) for a couple of months this phone is great...superb quality and has a great style..
it has an elegant black body that suits it black prada theme.
the specs can run latest hd games and battery last a day and a half with normal usage of game,sms,wifi and calls...
fashion and technology in 1 gadget.

Hello everyone,
I have just bought LG Prada KU5400 (korean version) as my first android phone and I really liked it so far. But, there is a problem with my lacking knowledge of android phone. My phone's operation system is 2.3.7 (I guess, it is called GingerBread) and I want to update it to 4.0.4 version (Ice Cream Sandwich, If I got it right). It says 'device has the latest software version' when I check for update in settings. I also updated the device's software by using 'LG PC Suite' program on my laptop, but it seems like updating something else. I could not find any differences after this update. I googled it and could not find anything helpful. I seen a lot people have Android OS 4.0.4 on the same phone. Btw, I am in Mongolia. I guess there are regional differences.
Please help me to sort it out. If you dont mind, please reply to my post be step by step tutorial. It would be very helpful for me, since I'm new to Android phones.

The screen is VERY bright if you set it to the maximum, it's great. My two days experience with this phone have been perfect, not any lag or bug yet. It's also, by far, the most beautiful Android, in my humble opinion.

Had this Prada 3 for one year plus, and has been upgraded to ICS from the old Gingerbread. Very stable ICS compared to old Gingerbread. Been using it together with LG VU and Nexus 4.
I realised that the battery performance has dropped quite significantly. I cant really blame it since its been with me for 1 year plus.
I've been keeping the phone for quite sometime, not intend to sell it. For me, its still a unique slim phone, lighter than my VU or the Nexus 4. Phone is Still snappy and music is loud. Processor not as powerful as any other quad core phones but on PAR with other Dual core 1GB RAM Phones. Very durable even after several bumps and drops. No scratches on the screen AT ALL (Funny part, no screen protector). All still functioning.
Still, Life's Good!
