I do not believe you can surf the internet while engaged in a call. I just tried it the other night, no luck. Hope this helps.

Just got the Tribute 2 a few days ago. The 218 ppi seems to be a fair display to me When I apply a Display Tester app, it measures my screen at 240 ppi. A qHD or even an HD screen would eat up more battery. For a 1900 Mah battery, I was still at 70% or greater at days end with the 4G and location turned to battery saver. The screen has pixels showing if I really look, but for a budget phone I feel it has a vibrant display for its class.

If you compare this with L70 for example than this phone has very good specs/improvement. The price just 100 dollar for 4G/1gbRam/1.2Ghz Quad Core and 218ppi is very good.
