the battery is so so bad
i charge it all night, take it off the charger and after a 5 minute phone call the pattery is completely flat. i can write about 4 text massages from when there is full battery life, to when it goes flat. and i've only had the phone about 6 months.
DO NOT GET THIS PHONE.
oh and i'm locked into a contract, i still have over a year. with a phone i can't use.

Not a bad phone. Is reliable, but baterry is bad but hey. Mp3 is good, and pretty simple generally which will make things lots easier.

this phone is useless, the battery died and i'm locked into a plan with it. poor poor form.

This is the worst phone i have ever had. Battery is useless. Charge it overnight and only get a 2 minute call on it and it dies. Not reliable. Battery started to pack up approx 3 months into two year plan.

Other fasities are good but net work singnel is not received & can not maintances.
this is the big problems. so it is batter not to buy.

THIS PHONE HAS THE MOST AWFUL BATTERY LIFE EVER!Mine has been in for repair once and now 3 customer services are "looking to send" a new battery.
I love the contract and 3G capabilities, but please dont get this phone, I can see me being stuck with this for the next twelve months carrying a charger with me everywhere I go.

a phone with 'planned obsolensence'. within 10 days of the end of the warranty the battery now takes overnight to change and discharges within a 10 minute call OR 3 single screen sms.
in a phrase DONT DO IT!!!!!

excellent phone.mp3 sound quality is amazin.never thought an lg phone cud bee soo good..gifted 1 too my girl.n she still,loves it cause it reminds her baout me...n specially a coool phone for women...

Great phone, good features, but i found the internet capabilities a bit limited, that is until i installed 'OPERA'. Now the phone has virtually limitless internet capabilities! Battery life is a bit disappointing. Camera and video are both good enough, and music quality is very good. shame about the colour!

Its an awesum phone..gr8 colour..camera's is gr8...the flip style of the phone is...mindblowin..got..it for a 18 month contract for free..i thought it was hopeless..but ven i started..usin..it...it was..amazin..a real...ass knockoff phone...

Best phone i have had so far in my life time. i am on a good plan and with this plan i got a FREE Nintendo Wii and a 126MB memory card. Thats right a FREE Nintendo Wii!!!!! So far there have been no problems with the phone and hope it stays that way. i highly reccomend this phone.

We had 2 LG U300 phones through a contract with 3 and while I was happy with the functionality of the phone, calls kept dropping out so I had the phones replaced.
