Hey all
Yep got this phone today and must say I am very impressed by it so far. Very stylish, very cool to use and loads of features. does anyone know of any good free java games sites for this phone... :)
To answer those who are saying their USB connection isn't working, are you using a hub to connect, because if you are, it won't work, you need to direct link the phone to the USB port on the computer as it uses up power to connect, and the USB hub doesn't always have that type of power. Well that is what i found out anyway.
Have fun with the New LGU880 I hope this phone can serve me well.

Great phone ! the best I have ever used...
Having problems connecting with the usb cable cant get a connection. Although it charges. installed the cd ok but still cant get a connection. Can anybody help ? Also speaker alittle soft when closed....

why are people so bothered about the mp3 player?if you want an mp3 player then buy an ipod and buy this phone!if you can afford this phone then you can afford an ipod.get over it,its a phone

if you want to put mp3's on don't use the data cable use buletooth

its a great phone but i dont know how to get games without paying for them to be downloaded...because on the features it says they have games but they dont have them on the phone?? so if u know were the games are i would love you to email me and tell me how.

LG stands 4 "life's Good" but the real meanin is "Lucky Goldstar" which was 2 companys merge to make LG, i think thats it

I have bought this from 2nd hand., so without using 3G band but my 2G provider. All the communication are not working such as: email, GPRS to my Palm TX to get email.
Well, I do not mind too much as reason I bought as 2nd hand is, LG880 do not sell in public market but need to subscribe to 3G network provider. In other word, it is cool if you carry one since they do not sell like normal mobile phone that everyone can get one with $$$.
Just to let you guys know those email thing not working if you insert other 2G sim card.

Great phone. really happy. like everyone else im having trouble getting mp3's onto it from my pc. loaded the software but when i plug the phone in it doesnt respond. any help would be appreciated. please e-mail me

How similar is the u880 to nokia phones, handling-wise? I have used nokia for the last 4 years, and would prefer a mobile which is similar. Thanks!

I got my pink LGu880 on Thursday and I love it. The only quibble is that the ringer is very quiet when the flip is closed, otherwise this is the best phone I've ever had. There is a good support site at three.com.au which helped me resolve the difficulties I was having transferring music. It's a gorgeous phone!

I have had this phone for 6 weeks now and i have to say it is the best phone i have ever had, for all those having problems sending music, i got a bluetooth device from ebay (5 quid) and it works fine, i have MP3, MP4 videos, everything, the camera is not the best but it is far from the worst, buy this phone!!!!

Living in the United States the first thing I have to check is if it has 850 mhz, which is a must in a lot of the areas of our country. Hopefully cell phone makers will someday make 850 mhz an automatic when they build new handsets. Either that or wait until the USA has UMTS/3G coverage nationally. Until they do, they're losing untold billions from people who can't use their handsets where they live,
