LG V20 may not be available in Europe at launch

If you are in Europe and are eagerly waiting for the LG V20 to go on sale in your country, there's some bad news: the device may not be available in Europe at launch. The information comes courtesy of a Reddit user who claims that they got the news from LG Belgium.

It's worth mentioning that the phone's predecessor - the V10 - was launched in October last year, but landed in Europe a few months later. So, this is likely to be the case with the V20 as well, which is set to go on sale in US sometime this month.

WHHAAAAT? are you telling me you can't use high output headphones in EU? Why the hell not?

EU has a ban on high headphone outputs, which is why the iPhone has a 9dB lower output in Europe. The LG phones are all about the audio output, and having enough to drive larger headphones, so they lose one of their main features. Your ques...

I'm tempted to get v20 for the hi-fi audio. I know I won't tell the difference but it's kind of tempting
