Many prefers the jack because they HAVE (and can afford to buy) Good pair of HEADPHONES which makes sense when listening to hiRes Audio. They are called audio enthusiast and PROFESSIONALs.. commonly known as AUDIOPHILES.
Come back to me if there are already wireless earphones that can last up atleast a MONTH. BECAUSE CHARGING ALL THE effin TIME ,MY FRIEND, IS SUPER ANNOYING AND A HASSLE.

And jack is always a cons.
Its a stupid ancient analog technology which have nothing to do in a modern cell phone.
IP68 is also a stupid feature.
Never found anything usefull for it, Never needed it.
I dont live in a rainforest, I dont swim with my phone.
And no IP protection will give you water damage warranty. Its useless obsolette and phone with it cost much more money than without IP68 and MIL-STD.

The best one so far as a package from this year.
Nokia 9 might have the cameras, but V50 has everything combines.
The audio quality, the log video with lossless audio, the decent cameras (not outstanding, but at least they didn't flex with 40+ and 50+ MP cameras like Sony and end up not delivering them), good display, latest specs, etc.
But the most important, they've finally added stereo speakers.

I am a fan of lg phone
But they made 2 mistakes which going let this phone failure
There should be tof camera in front or back in v50
Lg didnt change mega pixel and sensor in camera
Lg camera will beat s10 plus or not
Other specs are perfect

I have v30. Love it. But v50 is too big!! Cant put in pocket! V30 is as big as it should get! G8 is same size as v30. Ill get g8 instead of v50.

Only Samsung and Blackview managed to do this and it makes the audio with DTX and 32-bit Quad-DAC the best sounding audio in the mobile world! Lucky for you, Sony, ZTE, Huawei, and Google don't have it while maintaining the IP rating so enjoy those while we audioheads that know how to listen to music the right way enjoy this thing.

Pros: battery screen, CPU, GPU and MIL-STD along with IP68 even i would say is obsoltette because its a feature for a clumsy people.
Cons: headphone jack, only 6GB ram, weak cameras front and back, very slow charging, notch and ugly back design copied from Samsung.
