That it shares many specs, even casing, that only makes sense. No need to reinvent the wheel.

mm8174, 22 Jun 2016yeah, it looks like the x power again. This phone, it looks... moreWho really cares what it looks like since it's a clean design with low weight and thickness? Trust me, nobody is impressed by the styling of a phone in this day and age unless it's a monkey fascinated by shiny things, and then you just get paranoid about scratching it up and decreasing resale value so you buy a protective case for it that makes it bulkier, which makes no sense on a budget phone that can be inexpensively replaced, unless you're very rough on it in your daily activities and don't want to be stuck without a means of communication.

Plus that would add some bulk to the thickness when one of the primary selling points of it is how thin it is, besides the feature: price ratio for use on a pay as you go plan, except that the specs listed for this phone are a little lower and it has removable battery on the X Style version sold for pay as you go.

jimkor, 27 Jan 2017Watching the HSN "Today's Special" Get LG X Style 5" with ... moreThere is no need to wait, you can transfer your tracfone service over to the HSN phone bundle and your service days, minutes/text/data buckets transfer with it.
In fact you don't want to wait until service has expired on your present phone because you can't transfer from an inactive phone, would have to buy MORE service days for it before doing a transfer. However, those service days and buckets also transfer over so it's just a matter of paying $10 or $20 for their smallest activation cards ahead of when you actually need it.

Watching the HSN "Today's Special" Get LG X Style 5" with 1350 minutes for 1 year with triple minutes for life. My best point to buy this was "No ACTIVATION DATE REQUIRED" so I can store this phone away until current phone coverage period expires!! I HOPE that TRACFONE HONORS the no activation for that reason. Keeping my fingers crossed that TRACFONE works that way.
