My xenon had a problem with the adress book also, the last contact you saved was the same number for all of them. I simply turned my phone off, waited a few seconds, and when i turned it on again it worked. if that dosnt fix it then idk... =^) hope this was helpful!!!!!

My xenon is frozen at this very second, ive had it about a week now and its been fine untill about an hour ago i was typing a text message and it randomly froze up. I went to the ATT website but that was no help at all. I have tried turning it off but the screen wont change from the unfinished text, and calling it dosnt help either.

love it lots of great features easy to use .it is the best of both worlds touch screen and full key board best phone for the price.

about your problem with the caller id; kindly try to change the settings of your phone book. the problem usually occur when there are more than 2 contact name with same mobile no.

I have now had two of these LG Xenon's one in blue and one in red, both are defective which really just pisses me off since the store is 45 minutes away from me and I don't go there often.

I heard that the Xenon is made from cheap materials, but you know how rumors are. How is her phone holding up? Does it still slide well, does it have nicks or marks on it? Not saying that I am hard on phones, but I think a young person makes a great tester for durability.

Hope I helped you figure which one to get)
