I do second the first comment, the phone is litteraly falling apart, the touch is not sensitive enough and it starts to stuck already, its been 2 month a a week since i have this phone.
+ i cannot get to change the ring tones other than the one on d phone itself it sucks!!! can't wait to get ride of it ! rrrrrrrrr

I have presently had this phone for almost two months and i have already been having problems. before i had this phone i loved it but it freezes a lot, the touch screen hardly works, the phone is already falling apart and the battery dies really quickly. i could charge my phone in the morning (7am ish) and around (10-11 pm ish)it would be dead. before getting this phone i didn't believe the bad review people gave because my friend had it and it was perfect until i had it myself. now i regret getting this phone but unfortunately i am stuck with it for 3 years and it has only been two months... i strongly do not recommend this phone

Very good cell fone, but has no RADIO. The GR500 has all you need in a cell phone in the exception of RADIO.

Hi there,
For your one sanity... Don't even think of buying that "CRAPP" For real... I'v been using it for about 20 days now and I feel so much frustration over that phone and the company who produce it...
MAIN PROBLEMS :
1. it Freeze basically all the time (So when your expecting an important call it probably wont ring or tell you that you just miss that call...)
2. The "SOFT PLASTIC" touch screen is "SLOW" and "NONSENSITIVE"
3. The Phone it self is "MEANT TO BREAK" in millions of pieces (fabrics are 99.9% plastic)
4. The battery's life time is about 1 day (if you talk a lot then it's even shorter then that)
On my side I think that the "VOTING RESULTS" should be more like this...

it is a pretty great phone. I've had it for almost a year.
Only problems is the message capacity. iot only hold 150! and if themessage is multiple pages it count that as individual messages. I text A LOT and it is a pain having to delete messages atleast 3 times a day.
The battery life is ok. If you are constantly using it you made need to charge it every other day, or everyday. Depending on usage.
I love the keyboard, kinda hard to adjust to at first but, it is good.
Overall it is a good phone. Some glitched like it sometimes lags, or it freezes and randomly shuts down.

It is a pretty good phone. I really like the ease of use of the qwerty board. It will randomly shut at times if you open and close the phone too fast. I have had this phone for about a year and a half. Recently though the sound just stopped working. I can't talk to anybody incoming or outgoing calls. I take good care of my phones so I am not sure what happened.

I was pretty annoyed with the touch screen at first, was about to return it. After the application of a regular screen protector it was much better. The fact that you can't save more than 150 or so text messages is terrible, though, this IS a phone aimed at text messaging? You cant transfer them to memory card. And the buttons to access some web features are right on the keypad, I'd suggest getting we features blocked unless you have an unlimited data plan. Camera is blurry in anything except outdoors pictures. You might get lucky and snap a good one inside occasionally. Keypad is nice, keys are very small (this is on a PHONE).

Harry , 01 Apr 2009It is a smart looking phone. i want to know about its cost ... morethe lg xenon comes in red black and blue. there are no other colors that it comes in that i know of. the cost will vary depending where you get it from. if you are getting an unlocked phone and not starting with a contract/at&t plan I reccomend using ebay.com this is where i got mine. I havent had many problems untill last night when I got a multimedia message it wouldnt play the sound so while i was wondering why this happened i went to all my sounds and audio and it wouldnt make any noise. i thought oh the phone is on vibrate thats why it wont play them. so i turned my volume up and still no sound... i tried calling from landline several times and it refused to ring. all it would do is vibrate for anything i went through all of my volume settings and everything to try to figure out the problem but it would not work. now its today and still not ringing/playing audio. not sure what the problem is i think the outside speaker is messed up because i can here perfectly fine when i talk on the phone. so i dont know what the problem is.
when i bought this phone it was about $90. not to bad but a little high for a previously used phone...

Has screen touch problems.
I have handle my very carefully for a long time but touch problem suddenly occured and it was beyond repairs

Hey, this phone is good for the simple things but i dont recommend it if your looking for something a bit more up to date, its slow camers isnt that good, sound is good, touch is very touchy.

i actually think its a really good phone. for the first month it kept freezing and turning off, but now its fine. ive had it for 10 months now, and its an amazing phone. ive seen no problems, except for like i said the first month. i wanted the iphone cause of touch except i ahted typing on it, so its an amazing combo for me :) i just hate how the screen gets dirty easily, but whatever. only things i hate about it is how it can only hold like 200 texts, and the battery goes pretty fast. everything else i love.

the phone that have the most issue/touchscreen messing up/dropping calls/it is not a good idea to buy this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
