Logitech adds Google Assistant integration to Circle security cameras

Logitech has announced Google Assistant integration for its Circle 2 and original Circle series of security cameras. This will let you use your voice to tell your camera to stream its footage to your TV.

For this to work, you first need to link your Circle account in the Google Assistant. Then you need either the Google Home or an Android or iPhone with Google Assistant as well as a Chromecast or TV with Chromecast built-in. Once you have all the pieces in place, you will be able to talk to your camera using Google Assistant and tell it to stream directly to your television.

Admittedly, you do need to be fully invested in the Google ecosystem for this to work but if you are someone who has the aforementioned items already in your home then this new feature is certainly nice. This feature is available in the US today and will be coming to Europe soon.

The Circle 2 Wired and Wire-Free are priced at $179.99 and $199.99, respectively.
