Why honor can't make for a middle budget phone good camera and cpu, like wtf, 2023 phone and HD video camera 30 fps, snapdragon 695, even the mic is so $hítty. For example, when you want to capture the sound of singing birds, you just hear Instead of singing birds NOTHING, but there is some kind of sound, but it is TERRIBLE and you can’t really hear it, what kind of noise cancellation is it? Why do I need it? Why the £uck i can't turn off this noise cancellation or what the £uck is this??

This phone is incapable of screen recording in 120fps without automatically changing the refresh rate back to 60fps when screen recording and It's making me disappointed. Not only that, I tried to screen record with 1080p 60fps and the overall performance drops down comparing to my previous phone, Realme 8 5G which it has worse CPU but it can do what this phone can't which is being able to screen record in 1080p 60fps.

Monke, 24 May 2024How did you know You didn't know??? Honor give standard 2 Years major updates and 4 years Security Patches, Only Flagship models get 4 years Major updates and 5 years Security Patches.
You need to Research about honor standards updates policy, brother... I'm already Researching that's why I know. And don't ask me again.

Last year the beta tester for MagicOS 7.1 Android 13 in announced by Honor in june 2023 & the Stable Version is Officially launch in September 2023, That's where we can expect the next update in 2024.

Monke, 23 May 2024official? Honor x9a launch with Android 12 Magic UI 6.1 base on Honor's software update policy Includes 2 Years OS Updates 4 Years Security Patches. Now it's upgradable to (Android 13 MagicOS 7.1) the last Major Updates in 2024 is (Android 14 MagicOS 8.0) after that in 2025 to 2026 honor x9a will receive the security updates Only & no longer major OS & Android Updates. You will not see Android 15 running on it in 2025.

The Honor X9a is expected to receive two major Android updates, which means it will be eligible for upgrades up to Android 14. Since Android 14 is expected to roll out later in 2024, the Honor X9a would no longer be eligible for major updates in 2025. It will however continue to receive security updates for an additional two years.

after month of using this phone,they lied about android 14 and magic os 8.0,bad camera and also bad gaming performance although it's has a nice durability, i would not recommend you to buy this phone.im sorry Honor 🙏.

I have iphone 14, Xiaomi note 10 lite & Honor X9A. Out of all three the Xiaomi is definitely the best. you can make all the installed app to TWIN app or double, customized the volume button, forgot to charge the Bluetooth headphones just use the wired headphones, fantastic camera(even it's almost 4 years old), super good built-in speakers & built in infra-red universal remote controller.
I wanted to replace the Xiaomi with Honor X9a, man the honor is pure junk, they put a fake infra-red sensor which doesn't work, very bad camera & built-in speaker. Can't make all the apps TWIN, volume buttons are not customizable, the way to switch-off the phone & restart are the worst thing ever.
