I have this smartphone (redmi 13c 8/256) and can confirm OTG works, tried to connect my external sandisk ssd it appeared in X-plore file manager app, ssd is ntfs formatted. I connected a mouse too it worked, did not tried keyboard but it should work too, did not updated to hyperos yet using miui14.

Those who are still wondering yes the old Redmi 10c is still better than the 12c and the 13c in terms of gaming performance yes the 10c is snapdragon device the End.
