Nicc, 28 May 2024what miui version does it have? miui 14?Yes, but it is 90% pure os in most part, notification bar is miui old style, some miui apps here live mi video, mi music and there is no file manager but i downloaded mi file manager. scanner, feedback and cleaner, there is no antivirus app.
i rec to disable all unused apps to enjoy speed.
battery is great.

G36 is ... morewatching clips and movies is good, also i cycling, and listen to music, this phone has great battery too. camera is ok. charger is 10W and i think it is slow, there is a outdoor mode, if you disable unused apps you see it is very fast for normal usage, 90Hz should be enabled from display setting. 4.7/5, just bloatwares, slow charging is bad, but at all i love it.

i have a black one, good, i like everything, but... G36 is just for very basic usage, i have no problem but when i change apps fastly i can see some slowness, virtual light sensor is bad, but... in anothor side, if you just texting and see movies and social networks, thats very good. 2 upgrades and 3 years of security patch is great. i like it. if you understand it is a low end, you will too.

G36 is plain garbage exact same performance as G35/P35 would be great if they use like the mediatek P60 or G80 but too late already bought this phone guess I have use it this rubbish for 2 years before switching

this redmi phone should not have a place to exist and being produced when there are other models out there that are miles better than this. helio g36 chips are basically a waste of silicon.
