please? I am currently having trouble trying to factory reset my phone since I bought last year christmas time for my son. I put on the password and now I forgot it. whats worse is that I tried to do the steps as shown on the youtube video, but it says no command. So how else can I factory reset the phone so that way I can finally use it without having to pay someone to fix it for me? please and thank you everyone.

i didnt like it i had it charging and the next day it didnt charged and it just wont turn on now

I've had this phone for over 6 months now. At first it worked fine, but now the phone wont even recognize the sim card which is correctly put in and whenever I put the phone on a surface or hold the phone by the sides in a certain way the screen goes crazy. It also reboots itself randomly sometimes. Someone please help??

amazing phone for the price.
i love this phone. it is the thinnest phone i ever had.
I had a few issues but the customer service helped me thru when I called them.
although it is my first phone under this brand maxwest I am loving it.

I bought it and I am using it for the past 2 months and so far I have no complaints.
I am very happy with my devise.
I bought the silver for my wife and the black one for me (should of have taken the Gold one)
camera is great - good pictures and amazing videos.
When I first got it I had no idea how to do the SIM card and I called their center and I was helped all the way.
I am right now what they call - A happy camper

The phone is just what they say, sleeker than the iPhone 6 but the size of a iPhone 6s to give you the idea of how big!!! It also comes with a case and a charger and aux plug for the car. It's color gold is very familiar to beyounce limited addition HTC!! Yea that's right, the one that was limited last year... But that's all the info I know of right now.. Very interesting phone
