Piece of Junk. I can't hear phone ring even highest volume. It made me feel I am deaf. I am 86 years old with LifeLine support as this phone.

Had this phone for 2 months, The connector wires to the battery became bent as discovered by our store clerk. The phone was never opened . The screen was black . Wouldn't charge. Also , you could barely hear the ONE ringer sound , Voice...
