my mobile screen got cracks and it is hard for me to get the new screen to replace it. can I get any help pls I want to fix a new screen touch

I can watch movies on my mobilphone (MAXWEST ORBIT 5400T)perfect,but I cannot watch it on my tv screen(sharp smart tv 60").I try WI-FI,screen mirroring appl., even MHLS to HDMI cable,but did not work.
what else can I do?

The phone was working great, but now my phone goes directly to google and i am not able to do anything else. could this be that the touch screen is messed up or i got a virus if possible?

i like the phone at first but now its messing up. Screen jumps to other apps without me touching it. I would like to call the phone company and see if they can fix it. But i told that these phones are made in china and can mess up easily.
