I purchased the Maxwest Astro 6 almost 6 months ago. I having problems charging my phone. I have tried numerous chargers and nothing happens. He any one had or having this problem. What did you do I love the phone.

Does anybody have to keep retyping in the 10 digit area code EVEYTIME They Send A SMS.? CANNOT JUST RELPY TO A MESSAGE. Have to put in 11 digit # . with At& t . HELP.!!

i just purchased this phone i like it so far but it takes literally 4-5 hours to charge fully has anyone experienced the same thing?

We bought an orbit 6200 in July and we can't use it at all now bc it won't keep a signal. We have virus protection and it says no detected viruses. We have a year warranty but can't get in touch with manufacture to find out about it.

My daughters dad bought this phone for her over the summer. She used it 2 months and one day it just completely stopped working. It wouldn't even turn on! I just bought a new battery for it thinking that was the problem and it still won't turn on! any suggestions?

I spent $300 for this phone , ripped off by some dealers, but to be honest this phone is a waste. Battery over heats soo much. The phone becomes slow after like 1/2 months. And you don't wanna be that one friend who has the phone that barely fits in your pocket. Not worth $170

I have 6200, I bought in a pawn shop the battery was bad so I bought a new one and its the best phone I have ever had the big screen and a great camera is awesome

THIS IS THE WORST PHONE NEVER !!! I purchase this phone 6 months ago first a screen kept flashing "that the battery temperature is too hot" then the battery port goes out now I'm charging my phone on a battery charge (missing calls).

i have had my phone for quite some time now and it works wonderfully. I enjoy the large screen and the camera is great. one thing that need to be figured out is the front camera. it comes to dark.
