My maxwest orbit x50 keeps freezin on me n it says launcher failed all the time and the screen just goes black while texting and it takes 45minuts to turn back on n the screen stil stays stuck so in order to use it i have to take out battery n restart it....how can i fix it ?

phone keeps getting hot when being charged as well as when in use. the battery dies and as you plug it in wising seconds its saying battery almost full. saw my phone looking puffed up and check to see what was wrong and saw the battery so swollen bursting the phone open.

every time my phone starts up it stays on for a while and then line appear on the screen. after this the phone shuts down on its own and it restarts for itself. it does this over and over. only if i pull out the battery it would stop.

Only had this phone one week keeps freezing cant back out to menu. Cant even shut off with off button ginally had to remove battty to reset. Not very happy with this phone everything works just keeps freezing. Any ideas??

the phone is nice but as you can see no one has posted what apn to put to access your pictures. hummmm guess this is the down side of this purchase! Lucky my!!!!

I hope i can use with movistar. I am typing from mi new maxwest outside the pcs store cpnnected by wifi ita awesome phone. I hope movistarruns great on this device. Regards

massage411, 22 Jan 2014I can not get nor send pictures from my maxwest orbit x50. ... morein order to receive & send picture msgs. you need to have two apn's on your phone. gosmrt apn & the network provider that your prepaid is riding on. in my case it is t-mobile but make gosmart the primary to use. it took me quite awhile to figure this out 'coz gosmart does not have the answer.
