The phone is 2 month old, I bought it while passing through Miami. Now it won't charge. Does anyone knows what could be the reason?

The whole phone locked. Only the password is working.
It is also speaking everything that I touch or any thing that may happen to it (the phone is charging; it 7 am, so on ...) I removed the battery many times, but its the same. I cannot you the phone for any thing.
What can I do to resolve this issue?

i bought dis phone for my g/fren about two days now. I must comment on its built, its sturdy n feel strong.i like ow wen u pull off d backcover it doesnt feel flimpsy like most other top brands do. Nxt ting i notice it is faster dan most top brands in speed on d internet. Loading youtube videos was a drifty to dis phone. D only draw back i c for dis phone is upgrade. Will it get android 5 or l. Am gonna get myself one later down,after i sell my galaxy. I think d chinese phones r beating d top brands phones in speed, especially d MEIZU PHONES. I ave read n c where d meizu beat d hell out of galaxy in speed. Big up to maxwest n all other chinese phones manufactureres.

I picked up the Maxwest Android Virtue from YIPPZ. This
phone has a 5 inch screen, 1.3GHz quad core, 8.0 mp camera and is Dual SIM.
It's super fast! I love it, because I can choose any MVNO and I am not stuck in a contract!!

I love the feature that when enabled, the phone will give a short crisp vibration when display is touched. This is a "bad ass" handset with a display every bit as stellar as the Galaxy models!!
