Hi everyone,
I own my Meizu 21 for 3 weeks now and I must say, it's a really nice and fast device.
But I was wondering... When will I receive the latest Flyme update? I still have the Flyme 10.5.0.1G. while the 10.5.5.1A is already available. See this website: https://www.gizmochina.com/2024/06/08/meizu-21-flyme-10-5-5-1a-update-generative-ai-object-removal-text-to-image-generation/
Is this only for the Chinese market or is it also coming to Europe?

After long use:
Cons
android 14 very Quick but not well optimised. It mess up in exclude bluetooth device when in call.
Camera quite poor when zooming even a bit.
Volume in call not loud and clear( i tried a call with s24 and was 10x Better)
Good
Battery can do 2 days with heavy usage in 4g and all unused apps stopped in background=incredibile
Phone looks so unique in White colour
Its a bit Wide but not tall as the other ones
Unlocks work perfectly especially the ultrasonic fingerprint
Doesnt get hot
Main points. Phone looks unique, battery super but,software/camera/optimisetion is mediocre
I paid 350 euro for It ,i wouldnt have paid more

Maaidie, 15 May 2024Ok. Thank you for the answer. I recently read somewhere on ... moreThe global rumour was likely before meizu announced their exit from traditional smartphones.
It is unlikely at this point.

Ok. Thank you for the answer. I recently read somewhere on the internet that a global version of the Meizu 21 would be released. It would be given the type designation "M461H". Does anyone know anything about this? In that case I would rather wait until it arrives. ;-)

Hi, I live in Belgium. The centre of Europe. Can anyone tell me whether it is wise to purchase this mobile phone? My biggest concern is whether it can function with the (European) Play store and whether it can also be put in Dutch. Who knows more about this? All tips and knowledge are welcome.

The white bezel is really beautiful!
I hope more phones pick up this trend of colored bezels, now that they're really thin.

Zendroid, 03 Dec 2023Why pay highly for a product that can't even survive A... moreAre you living in the past mate? no more phones with detachable battery nowadays. Don't compare that, even samsung has ditched the sd card of the past even with their ridiculous price range. I'm living in south east asia with lots of rain and yearly floods.
Am using a phone with only water splash resistant fine without problem. If you're working in extreme downpour you'll get yourself a water protector like those grab riders. Most of their phones are dirt cheap without water protection at all. Even samsung and i phone won't survive with their water protection in extreme downpour here as water will be like bullets when you're riding through rain. Stop complaining and get other phones with your much needed water protection then.

anonymous, 21 Feb 2024Why no review? With this SOC this phone is a flagship killer! already reviewed (Indonesian tech reviewer/ dhiarcom) the camera still doesn't compete with other brands of Android OS flagship smartphones. (I'm also confused about the Meizu segment, which is their flagship segment for Android OS smartphones) News articles say that Meizu has stopped producing smartphone sales, focusing more on sales and the AI trend. (probably the last meizu 21 smartphone they made)
