hello family. i bought meizu mobile four days ago . Android version 4.4.4 with 16gb internal space. I am facing challenges with network ...it does not have any options it is only 2g network. Is there any provision that can make this phone access 4g or 3g ?

My phone says that sim card slot 1 is not detected howevee thw sim card was already but the slot two is completely functional.. How could i fix it??
