Worst phone and worst customer service...for last 18 days they have not resolved my issue...my mobile is with them and they are saying that it will take more 30 days for motherboard replacement...i want full refund...better go for lenovo,xiaomi or motorola..

Hi , I have little mechanic problem with mx5. I cant open slot for sim cards. I put the pin in hole and nothing happens.Sim slot doesn´t come out. Pls can someone help me ?

don't do it the hard way like I did. if you need google service, simply go the the installed app store and search for google installer. Install the google installer and then install any google apps. That is it, no need to root the phone or complicated software. to my disappointment, It does not have casting.

I have been using MX5 from October. At first, I was able to use 2-sim at the same time. Don't know what happened I wasn't able to use the second one after a while. So I left it, and decided I can live with that. But today phone's screen went off out of nowhere. No physical damage. Sometimes it gets back, and sometimes a white, or sometimes orange screen comes. I heard the phone's starting sound but no vision. Just those screen I mentioned. I assure you there wasn't any physical damage. In conclusion,
1. Problem with 2nd SIM card after a while. Not working at all
2. White screen came on. Cannot use the phone anymore.
3. There is not any online help that you can use to repair your phone without sending back to China. There is but insufficient.
4. Some apps are in Chinese and you cannot uninstall them. (Keyboard, Weather, Maps, App center, Music player, Voice and etc.). Really annoying.
5. Sometimes finger scanner doesn't recognize
6. Battery life only last for one day even with not an extensive use. But charging is really fast
7. Has heating problem. It is like on fire while charging. Gets hot really fast when play game.
After all, PLEASE DON'T BUY THIS BUGGY PHONE. I AM WRITING THIS BECAUSE I DON'T WANT YOU MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID.

W... moreThe apps are in chinese because they have a chinese version of "Flyme", in chinese version you don't have google play also. I also had a problem when i got my phone that flyme was in Chinese. I fixed that with installing international version of flyme(i just downloaded it from flyme site). After that all my problems were fixed and till now i didn't have any problems with the phone.

! W... moreBoth phones are great. I am a MX5 user and the phone is just great. No app is in chinese except some portions of the security app. The storage is the only problem here but i can easily manage using an otg. But if you have bit of extra money Honor 7 is a great buy. My frnd has honor and its good too. The sd card expansion is a plus point.
However gaming is excellent on the mx5, tried lots of hd games i.e. asphalt 8, implosion, godfire, gta etc.. All work exceptionally good.
No matter what phone you pickup, both are great. If storage is not the problem mx5 is a beast otherwise go for Honor 7.

Totally,Fly me interface i including to much problems in programming.My friend bring a Meizu MX4 as a gift for me last year.The camera quality is so good,touch and display is good too.but after i imported my contacts and other information in this phone,contacts and call history found problems.When i was in need of my contacts,it was hanging ...i ended all tasks when hanging,the contacts and call history was loading after 5 - 10 minutes,after 6 month Torture,i have broken this phone for ever ...i never suggest Chinese phones to any one.The interface and hardware parameters are so cute,but in working,they are useless ...
