I have puurchased this phone since last Year. After 3 month using this phone, battery is worst. I have purchase new battery from authorised service center in 700 Rs. New Battsry backup is bad Also. I Think, this phone is tottaly wasted. Never buy this phone.

i agree with earlier comments battery life is poor just in 9 months overall this is not a good phone

This is the worst phone in the market. I am very poor, somehow i managed to buy it with a hope that it would give me better service. on the contrary its battery died within 7 month, camera is very poor, it hangs again and again..my God so much problem in a single phone..now i hate the brand Micromax..it is a big cheater.

a089 model is crap. not useful it is total waste. i have shown this phone in service centre three times in a year. every time mentioned the bateery dicharging problem, they said it is fine. finally battery got damaged and have to purchase new one. it is also not working fine due to some chaerging issue. overall its a waste.. dont buy

my 6 month old Micromax A089 s battery damaged and I went to its authorised service centre in Thodupuzha.
I paid Rs. 700 for battery but its not a new one. more over they told me that if I am not willing to surrender my old battery I will pay Rs. 150 more.
I asked a bill for the battery. but they hesitated to gave the bill and warranty papers
what will do?

Micromax authorised service centres cheating the customers.
My 5 month old Micromax bolt A089 battery damaged so I gone to Micromax authorised service centre. The counter sales person of the authorised service centre demanded Rs 700 for new battery and I paid.
But he asked my old battery and said if I am not willing to surrender my damaged battery I will pay Rs 150 more.
I have no other way so I surrendered my damaged A089 battery and bought the said new one from authorized service centre.
I asked but the Sales man didn't gave me any bill or any warranty papers
So I am going to submit a complaint against authorised shop for sales without billing and other issues in consumer protection forum.

i used this phone for one years, its nice overall, batery backup is good, but camra clearity is bad and internal storage is not 4 GB, and not support led flace torch, frnt camra is very bad

i used this phn for 6 months.its very nice phn.good battery back up for 2 days ,its never hangs.the camera clarity is poor .bt it is a good phn ate this price

Wrong info provide my micromax that internal Memory is 4 GB but actual Memory 1 GB
