I have q424 micromax set..main problem is apps getting download silently without prior permission of user..tough to use it

    Your service is totally poor . I never purchase any gadget of your comapnay. I also advice to other people , plz don't buy your products. Its totally bad. Your service is very slow.

      I visited a customer care centre In dombivli west where the service was pathetic they 1st told that the phone will be repaired till 5pm and when I went there to receive it they gave reasons that phone was not repaired and when I reacted for their act the senior over there misbehaved and started talking that you won't get your phone back do whatsoever you want to do also he misbehaved with my mom by talking in really disgusting way. It is required that the senior over there should be given proper training for behaving with ladies.

        I have given my micromax spark 380 for repair on 30.07.2016 at csd infocom,Kolkata as its right key was not properly working. I was told I shall get my repaired phone back within 8 to 10 days. But even after one month I do not get back the repaired phone.

          if we cannot attend incoming calls ,automatic divert or give option to divert another contact number

            worst service ever . I go to them for touch issue of micromax bolt q324 they said touch is not working due to water and demanding me 2310 rupees and they destroy my front camera also.

              Waste of taking micromax phone because I had face lot of problem with service center and there people low class behaviour and shouting on customer even on me also don't opt micromax go for oppo excellent phone and service ..i deposit my phone at vashi 8 june 2016 they said in 15 days they will repair but till not and not given satisfied answer

                  Very poor customer service. I have bought canvas Nitro 311 and after 11 months its mic is not working, then given to service center for repair. They sent the phone to head office for repair and time is given for 25-30days for return of the phone. With my continuous follow up they replaced another phone with oridinary packing of polythene paper and delivered from service center of Vizag. With in 2 days again new phone has given trouble, then given back to service center and they said this phone also having mother board broblem hence send back to head office and you may get back phone 25-30days. Now around 10days complete and my phone is still in service centre.
                  I think they has given old used phone for replacement of existing phones nitro 311. It is gods grace may work and may not work of micromax phones. . This type of services they are providing. I have talked to their executive and still they are taking some more days to deliver my phone. Very poor customer services and My sincer suggestion of everybody pls do not buy any micromax mobiles other wise you are in trouble.I written so many comments and send mail also but Micromax company management has not bothering and not responding on that and also they need not required customer satisfaction and they simply through their product in the market and sell them like us. I regret very much on this and kindly suggest to all the readers, who ever pls do not buy micromax mobiles.DO NOT BUY MICROMAX MOBILES. DO NOT BUY MICROMAX MOBILES.

                    Very poor customer service. I have bought canvas fire 4 and after 4 months its display screen not working. Now two months complete and my device is still in service centre. And despite of that they are replacing it and giving me other used old phone. This type of services they are providing. I have talked to their executive and still they are taking 15 days more. Very poor customer services never buy any micromax mobile

                                bought a micromax tab which failed to work on 38th day. as per customer care advice submitted the tab to their authorised service centre on 8th dec 2015, still havent received yet. they said it was sent to delhi for repair. so you wait for 30 days for a mobile which fail on 38 days.

                                  DO NOT BUY MICROMAX Phones...

                                  Worst customer service. The toll free number never get connected. Even if connected by chance, it will disconnect very soon. And if we say the problem to them, they will simply say "our technical team will get back to you". This will never happen. Nobody will call you. You have to call them again. After trying 100 times, you may get a chance to speak to the customer care person, and again the story repeats, saying "our technical team will get back to you".

                                  The worst service I ever experienced in my 37 years.

                                    I have purchased micromax juice 2 AQ5001 in april 2015 and deposit it on service centre on 27 nov. upto now I have not get my device back. What should I do.
