They need to ramp up their after sales service a lot.if not their efforts will be wasted.For this price ,it's a good phone..

I have used Samsung galaxy s Samsung galaxy s2 Samsung galaxy so and now I am using micromax a101. telling you this is the best phone I have ever used . it have good speed, good battery backup it works full day on extensive use on single charge. it supports almost all high end games like temple run 2 . I bought it through home shop 18 for rs 9999 . but now it is out of stock. I love this phone

this phone is value for money. i've been using it for past 3-4 weeks works great , supports heavy apps and games, touch response is faster than anyone can imagine. priced at INR 9999/- it provides u features which samsung or htc will provde you around 30,000. however the battery backup is disappointing and auto rotation is not so responsive as its expected to be. internet on 2G works slower coz of low band EDGE.charging time can piss u off. apps like skype, whatsapp, viber work superb.within INR 9999 its best phone however a bit compromise is needed frm the part of customer.

The phone is too slow n some of the apps does not support at all n battery back up is too low.......
