i am experiencing problem with my doodle3 one month old, display does not show incoming number, on hearing the incoming ring i have to press the side button to activate the screen ,the service centre have 3 times repaired the phone, the oproblem still exists, i wish micromax can help me by replacing the handset

Hi all. i am having a problem with micromax A102. actually it shut down automatically when i placed it in my pocket. i found that when there is pressure on the battery itself or back-cover, the phone shutdown by itself.
did anyone experience this or is it a problem with my phone pnly.

its nice to use but the camera clarity is worst & the phone hangs sometimes without 16 gb memory.
