whenever i dowload a new app it always shows no enough storage space even i changed default to internal sd card but didn't worked please suggest me setting option so that the new app goes to internal memory instead of phone memory

this is a good phone but its camera do not work ,as it says cant connect to camera
its internal space and memory dard is empty but than also it show ,we cant download it as their is no space
why this is happening
