How is the display quality of this phone as per the specs its 199 PPI? So is it good for watching videos/multimedia. Is it good for browsing websites and reading online? Can anyone tell me as per their hands on experience?

Kapil, 02 Jun 2014I inserted SD Card in this phone...But its not detecting...... moreI had also this problem, however, the issue is that we do not inset the SD Card completely. Please insert the SD hy pushing it inside hard and it will be connected.

I think this could be one of the reason of battery drain besides your point.
Will you help me to identify the same?

Brought this phone Yesterday @ 7200/- at Thane,Mumbai. Lot of hard work needed as phone almost SOLD OUT. Shops selling it for 8K due to shortage of stock.
Amazing things which I never expected were.
1. Cast screen to my Samsung SMART TV. This phone (Original KITKAT) supports casting (screen mirroring) over WiFi to your SMART TV. Simply Amazing at this price. Last time I did casting with Galaxy S4 and Note 2.
2. Full HD playback using inbuilt player. (no MX Player installed)
3. Caller ID over wifi (without using TrueCaller for few famous numbers. Hope google will update database soon)
For batter issue - Kitkat is having camera BUG which tends to continues cpu use and battery drain. Just google it and you will find details. So with bug battery is fantastic. Hope MMX will soon release update after Google resolves battery bug issue.
No heating problem is observed for over 4 hrs of WiFi usage.
Ive been using Canvas 2 from 1.5 yrs without any issues. Don's listen to ppl who post rubbish without having hands-on. Even Samsung and Nokia give problems which I have personally faced with galaxy and c2 within warranty period. Its worth your money. At one third cost if it works for 1 year that's Paisa Wasool. Rest is BONUS. :)
