yesterday i updated my unite 2 with lollipop,, ui was a way awesome than kitkat, no bugs n hanging issues at all, otg supported!
nut after installing hardly 4 apps, my internal memory drained completely!
got ony 440mb for apps out of which 112mb was used by google play services & 28mb was used by playstore!
so was facing memory problems like all others!
so today i downgraded my phone to kitkat,
after downgrading,, i got 2.3bgb for apps intsallation, actually after downgrading to kitkat, ur memory for apps intsallation (0.89gb) and internal sd memory (1.67gb) will be partitioned together. and as a result u"ll get 2.3gb for apps installation also apps will be movble to external sd!!
so those having memory issues, downgrade to kitkat from service centre, it took less than 10 minuits to downgrade! and they didn't even asked for bill!!!!
best part previously memory for apps was 0.89 and now its 2.35 gb!!
so downgrade ur phone, mail mee on htkiller111@gmail.com for any help!

I had upgrated to lollipop few days before. After upgrading to lollipop my internel memory reduced 300 mb. Plz advice me what to do.

I'm using Micromax unite 2 A 106 model few days before my gmail not updated and requested to more Space or delete unused mails and photos.
Even after deleted photos and older mails not not perform good again received same notification.
Recently received up gradation from Android Kit kat to Lollipop version my hand set lost lot of apps like Kingsoft,words, google Chrome and other downloaded apps theses are all try to again downloaded loose Data but Notification received Insufficient space, finally done Factory reset result is repeated.
Now I felt that kitkat is ok but lollipop upgrade is need to be so refresh. Now I need to be reinstalled and Expecting old Kitkat version so . Micromax must response and give me remedy .
Totally a Bad experience faced compare with other device

I agree that this update is not that kind of update which we expctd(only the memory prblm, evrythng else s awsm)..but we shud giv micromax the credit that atleast thereee iss an update.. Being an entry level phn at cheap price.. It got latest android update.. It s remrkable.. Cheers for micromax.. Bcz even the samsung guys also dnt provide with the updates which they promised.. So b happy if unite 2 can run lollipop then micromax wil dfntly find a solution for the memory prblm....

After upgarding Lollipop , problem is its take 75 % memory of ram . so my opinion don\'t upgrate. full of bugs . kitkat is batter than lolipop
